The room was comfortable, featuring a cozy fireplace and a stunning view of the wilderness. The highlight of my visit was the Nest Day Spa, a luxurious sanctuary offering a variety of rejuvenating massages tailored to individual preferences. It was the perfect way to unwind and indulge during my trip. The hotel's proximity to Moonstone Beach Park allowed for leisurely strolls along the wooden boardwalk, leading to the sandy beach. the peaceful surroundings and coastal breeze made for a serene retreat. Overall, El Colibri Hotel & Spa is a hidden gem on the Central Coast, blending luxury with a charming boutique feel. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a base for exploring Paso Robles wine country, this hotel offers a unique and unforgettable experience.
